Hot weekend brings playoff spots for two TOFC teams

On a hot sunny weekend, TOFC hosted teams from Coquitlam at MacDonald Park with the U15 girls team the lone team travelling to the coast against Surrey. Two teams have cemented playoff berths for the Premier Cup, the U13 girls rebounded from a 2-0 deficit at half to finish the game with a 2-2 draw. TOFC needed the one point to secure a playoff spot with next weekends game determining whether they finish third or fourth. In the U14 girls division, the TOFC girls nailed down home field advantage in the first round of the playoffs with a 3 – 0 victory over Coquitlam to finish second in their division. They will play at the Apple Bowl in Kelowna on June 20th at 2 PM.  Other games and scores are below.
