8656ae40-8bf4-4801-ae61-9f7478d12ea0The Vancouver Whitecaps FC Residency Program is a full time, fully funded player development program unlike any other in North America. The Residency Program is designed to maximize a player’s potential on and off the field through a “soccer lifestyle” philosophy linking technical and personal development. By integrating training, education and accommodations, this program provides the best conditions to develop and prepare elite athletes for the demands of professional environments in North America and Europe.

As a member of the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Residency Program, Wil will be part of a very select group of players that train in a professional soccer development program under the guidance of a professional coaching staff and dedicated support staff specializing in holistic player development.

Wil will attend Burnaby Central Secondary School where he will be provided with an academic program tailored to his specific needs that allows for studies to be completed in conjunction with the time and commitment requirements of the Residency program.

Wil’s success resulting from his dedication to training and to learning his craft are an example of what rewards hard work and focus can bring. Wil has had a highly impressive season with the TOFC U13 Boys which has resulted in multiple selections to BC Soccer’s High Performance Programming and now a call to the Vancouver Whitecaps FC Residency Program.
