So much has been discussed regarding the artificial turf situation at BMO Field. The casualties at the mercy of the field turf, the players it has scared away, not to mention what would happen to it if the Argos made BMO home. These topics always seem to create heated discussions and debates. It would almost seem that BMO Field has taken on its own little monstrous identity. An identity of which the fans wish to tame with soothing ball movements on freshly cut grass... all before the tumbleweeds of silence comes rolling in.

It has been quite the emotional rollercoaster for players and fans alike of the Toronto FC. For me personally, it has been the best live professional sporting experience I have ever encountered. Frustrating at times yes… no one likes to see their team lose. But you really can’t ask anything more from a team in their inaugural season who were plagued with injuries.

Unbelievable!!! I know that TFC has taken off in a HUGE way in Toronto, but to show the games on theScore in HDTV (Horrible Definition Television) AND listen to Houston commentators is a true slap in the face to Toronto FC fans.

Where does soccer fit in the North American sporting landscape? If you ask most Toronto based columnists they?ll tell you that it falls somewhere in between lawn bowling and hot dog eating contests. Can you blame them? They would much rather watch (and write about) baseball, golf, Nascar and anything else that millions of lazy North Americans call ?sport?.
